Police in Kitengela, Kenya Police, have announced the arrest of more than 30 Ethiopian nationals who were apprehended while attempting to cross into South Africa illegally.

Acting on information provided by concerned residents in the Acacia area. The Authorities conducted a raid where they found Ethiopian men without any identification documents hiding in a house. Additionally, several individuals were captured by the public at a nearby petrol station.

According to reports, the detainees and Kenya Police were unable to explain their presence in the country or produce valid travel documents, citing language barriers as a challenge. The incident highlights ongoing concerns over illegal immigration. The efforts of local authorities to curb such activities in the region.
